Me thinks Apex knows…
WolfenMech :: 11-20-2019, 06:45 AM
I'd say Apex is wishing the ceiling was higher! XD
ChristopherDavies :: 11-20-2019, 01:16 PM
That too. lol
Hariman :: 11-21-2019, 09:26 AM
EDIT: Also... out sneaky little enemy agent is given pause by needing to know the situation, and it seems like he's not as stealthy as he might think. I'm not sure if he's making noise, or if its his smell that is giving him away...

Edit2: Apex also knows stealth, as he's a horse, and horses can be more stealthy than most people know.

Apex has also trained in stealth tactics and for guard duty too. (But a lot of minions likely have similar training too.) And something probably smells suspicious.

Had a pregnant mare sneak up on me yesterday scared the heck out of me! lol
Foxenawolf :: 11-22-2019, 12:16 AM
Apex is not detecting the snake rat, I was trying to note that the ceiling is very low for him in this particular area of the lair.
Hariman :: 11-22-2019, 01:59 AM
Apex' thoughts: "Note to self. Shower in my quarters or the "large scale minion quarters" more often."

I now suspect that the low ceiling of certain areas of The Lair have resulted in a running gag of "Watch your head!" directed at Apex.
ChristopherDavies :: 11-22-2019, 02:56 AM
He could always crawl, too! lol (jk. I don’t think horses can actually crawl…)
Muddypaws :: 11-25-2019, 12:02 AM
Ouch! Poor Apex.
Salen :: 11-25-2019, 08:07 PM
I guess I had my good breakfast then went for a workout. Either way, hot ferret probably need a nap (and raisins).

It came to my attention the other day that Raisins are actually /kill your pet/ levels bad for Ferrets. I will unfortunately have to alter the recipe for Ferret pop to reflect this in the future for the mere fact I don't want to be responsible for hurting someone's pet because they thought it was okay to feed them raisins.
Salen :: 11-26-2019, 12:40 PM
Oh murfle. Yes, we wouldn't want to hurt real ferrets. Fictional ferrets can get hurt all day long, but please no hurting the cute real ones.
Tegani :: 11-26-2019, 05:34 PM
Raisins are actually toxic to a variety of our 4-footed friends. VERY unhealthy for dogs.Probably Unhealthy (can't confirm) for cats.(not that they're too likely to eat them, but still)
They're fine for Horses.
Salen :: 11-26-2019, 08:51 PM
From a ferret FAQ: Ferrets should not eat sugary cereal, peanut butter, grains, corn, rice, carbohydrates, raisins, bananas, other fruits, vegetables, dairy products, chocolate, other sweets, or any food with sugar.

Welp, with that list of items, I guess the biggest import for mustelids is going to be SPAM. Today's Lair Menu: The #1: Spam, Spam, Spam, Baked Beans, and Spam.
ChristopherDavies :: 11-27-2019, 12:03 AM
So we should change Ferret Pop to Horse Pop? lol
Salen :: 11-27-2019, 01:06 AM
It's a good thing Salen is in R&D; time to work on something so ferrets of the world can enjoy their raisins raisinsably... I mean reasonably.
